Working Principle

  1. The motor drives the small gear of the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher. The small gear drives the large gear, and the large gear assembly (large gear, gear frame, eccentric steel sleeve) drives the eccentric sleeve assembly (eccentric cylinder sleeve, eccentric copper sleeve) and the main shaft assembly (main shaft, inner cone, inner cone liner) to revolve around the theoretical vertical line center in the copper sleeve, and the main shaft assembly can rotate slowly around the center line of the main shaft.
  2. During idle operation, the eccentric sleeve assembly "embraces" the main shaft assembly and revolves with the large gear. When material is added to the crushing chamber, the main shaft assembly (main shaft, inner cone) rotates slowly within the eccentric copper sleeve under the resistance of the material.
  3. The running track of the inner cone appears to swing back and forth in the crushing chamber while rotating slowly. The material is crushed by the swinging inner cone. The support sleeve is pressed against the frame connection by the hydraulic cylinder.
  4. When non-crushable objects such as metal blocks fall into the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, the dynamic cone is lifted by the hydraulic piston at the bottom, playing a role in adjusting the discharge port, over-iron protection, and repeatedly lifting and lowering to clear the blockage.
