Working Principle

  1. The heavy hammer crusher uses impact to crush materials. The main working component is a rotor with hammer heads, consisting of a main shaft, disc, pin shaft, and hammer heads. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. Materials enter the machine through the upper feed port and are crushed by the high-speed moving hammer heads through impact, collision, and grinding. At the bottom of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. Particles smaller than the sieve hole size are discharged through the sieve plate, while larger particles are retained on the sieve plate for further crushing and grinding by the hammer heads before being discharged through the sieve plate.
