The PF impact crusher is an energy-saving crushing equipment that produces cubic-shaped, tension-free, and crack-free finished products. It can crush various coarse, medium, and fine materials (such as granite, limestone, concrete, etc.) with a feed particle size not exceeding 500mm and a compressive strength not exceeding 350MPa. Working Principle

The impact crusher is a mechanical device that uses impact energy to crush materials. During operation, the electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed. The material enters the working area of the hammer plates and is crushed by the impact of the hammer plates on the rotor. Then, it is thrown onto the impact device for secondary crushing, and then bounced back to the hammer plate working area for re-crushing. This process is repeated, and the material enters the first, second, and third impact chambers for crushing from large to small until the required particle size is achieved and discharged from the discharge port. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor can change the discharge granularity and shape of the material.
