The HJ series tracked mobile jaw crusher is a self-developed oil-electric dual-use large-scale jaw crusher with high productivity, cost-effectiveness, and energy efficiency. It features a single elbow plate jaw crusher and a heavy-duty vibrating grizzly feeder. The crawler is driven by a diesel engine for movement and equipment extension and folding. Once on-site, external power is used to drive the feeder, crusher, and conveyor. In various working conditions, it offers unparalleled advantages in production efficiency, stability, and power cost savings for users.

Working Principle

Materials are uniformly transported to the crusher by the feeder. After initial crushing by the jaw crusher, the circular vibrating screen forms a closed-loop system to achieve material circulation crushing. The finished materials are outputted by the conveyor for continuous crushing operations. The mobile jaw crusher can directly perform initial crushing of materials according to actual production needs, making it convenient and flexible to use in conjunction with other crushing equipment.
